Who We Are

Sustainability.

Sustainability is where the idea for Priorlife first started and will always be a part of how we do business. It’s not some manifesto for our future aspirations; it is the framework in which we are building our company. By utilizing and up-cycling leftover vinyl materials that would otherwise be thrown away, Priorlife is taking action to lessen the human footprint on the environment and save plastic coated fabrics from entering a landfill where they can sit for thousands of years without decomposing. Not only are we committed to using up-cycled and eco-friendly materials, we also consider sustainability in our packaging choices, production processing, and water usage.

Our Process

It all starts at the printing press where hundreds of banners are printed every day for customers all over the world. From this process comes lots of white, unprinted material from the margins and roll ends as well as the occasional extra banner and misprint. Priorlife gathers these materials and uses them to make bags that are functional, durable, and water resistant. Often one-day events or parties can use hundreds of yards of banner material only to be thrown away the next day. Now, with the option of partnering with Priorlife, companies can turn their banners and leftover materials into high quality bags that can used as sustainable merchandise, promotional products, auctions items, or even resold at retail price. Whether you want to invest in a great bag or create your own custom project, Priorlife is there to provide you with great products that reflect our passions for quality and sustainability.

Commitment to Transparency

We closely monitor our products from start to finish and care deeply about the way they are produced. That is why we chose to have our bags cut and sewn in-house at our parent company’s facility right here in Michigan. We also receive support from our production partners in Detroit, L.A. and Denver who provide their employees with fair wages, clean working environments, and also utilize community programs that provide jobs to those who deserve a second chance at life. We are so proud to have our products completely American-made with high standards of quality and even higher standards for worker’s rights.
